Telephone and web conference-based support of prospects and customers, installation of software, training of customers, participation in all after sales activities.

Preference for a strong dynamic IT profile, with high interest in chemicals management, safety and environmental issues.

Sales support and customer support of ExESS applications for Workplace Safety Management. Experience in Safety management and software support preferred.

Main responsibilities: Analyze customer implementation requirements, troubleshoot customer questions and issues, train ExESS users, design Report templates in Word and Excel, and specific assistance with the ExESS Safety Management product and project development.
