Call for Evidence for a Potential Restriction Proposal on MOCA

ECHA is currently collecting information for a possible restriction proposal on 4,4′-methylenebis[2-chloroaniline] (MOCA).

This call for comments is issued to see whether a restriction proposal needs to be prepared to control the risks to people from this known carcinogen for which no threshold can be determined below which exposure would be safe, ECHA’s view is that there may be a need to prepare an Annex XV dossier for restriction.

The final deadline to give your comment is set on November 16th, 2022.
