Chemicals Legislation in Montenegro and Serbia

Since 2011, Montenegro and Serbia have worked on aligning their legal chemicals management framework to that of the EU with the support of ECHA. A recent study conducted by ECHA has assessed the gaps and needs of implementing EU’s chemical laws in Montenegro and Serbia and proposed national plans outlining several actions for the accession countries to implement and enforce REACH, CLP, BPR and PIC regulations.
