OEHHA Added Cannabis Smoke and Δ9-THC Added to California Prop 65

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) added cannabis smoke and Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to the list of chemicals known to the state of California to cause reproductive toxicity based on the developmental endpoint for the purposes of Proposition 65. This update entered into force on January 3rd, 2020 and is also available for download from our #SDSAuthoringTool, ExESS!
