REACH Registrations Completeness Checks Update
ECHA announced that the 2021 and 2022 amendments of the information requirements for registering chemicals under REACH will take effect as of May 1st, 2023 and will apply to both new registrations and updates of existing ones.
The new and amended checks concern the substance identity and the standard information requirements based on Annexes VII-XI.

Impacted companies should prepare for the update as registrations submitted before may no longer pass the completeness check.
