Call for Comments on Eight Substances Proposed for Authorisation
As a reminder a call for comments on ECHA’s proposal to include eight substances of very high concern in the REACH Authorisation List is still open.
Anyone with relevant information on the uses of these substances, their possible exemptions from the authorisation requirement and on the structure and complexity of their supply chains is encouraged to provide them on ECHA’s website.
The European Commission is also asking for comments on the possible socio-economic consequences of adding these substances to the authorisation list. These comments will not however be taken into account by ECHA.
You have until May 2nd, 2022 to provide your comments, don’t miss out as it may impact your business.
