Certification Scope

Our certifications cover specific parts of the organization and should not be interpreted as applying company-wide.

SOC 2 Type II, issued by A-LIGN, applies exclusively to the product. As an independent attestation, this report is confidential and not published in a public registry, but it can be requested directly, typically under NDA.

ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, issued by SGS, apply exclusively to Headquarters. They can be verified through the SGS Certified Clients Directory.

TISAX, administered by the ENX Association, also applies exclusively to Headquarters. Unlike a traditional certificate, TISAX results are not public. They can only be viewed by registered TISAX participants through the ENX Portal.

Subsidiaries are not covered by any of these certifications.

ExESS in Action: Real Results, Real Impact

“Lisam’s ExESS software has been a lifesaver when it comes to keeping the classifications of our materials up-to-date. We are able to link to real-time regulatory databases that ensure that our materials are always provided with the most relevant and accurate information. This has saved countless hours of pouring over data from potentially unreliable sources, and helped to no end with the complex regulatory landscape. Whenever we have had queries, then the friendly support team have always been on hand to help with a helpful, knowledgeable response, usually on the same day. I would certainly recommend ExESS to anyone within the industry who is looking for support with material classification and regulatory understanding. “

George Gandy, Endeavour Speciality Chemicals

“I have been authoring Safety Data Sheets for over 20 years and have used ExESS for the last five. During that time, I have found other SDS authoring systems to be either too restrictive or too simplistic. ExESS strikes the perfect balance between ensuring compliance and allowing me the flexibility to apply my own expertise to ‘fine tune’ the finished SDS. The software's calculations and suggestions enable compliant SDSs to be created in minutes, while still providing the option to fully customise content whenever required. This flexibility is invaluable for experienced SDS authors who need both efficiency and control. The integration with label software is another major advantage. It provides complete control over label design while ensuring compliance, as labels automatically use the latest CLP information from the SDS. The additional modules also simplify associated regulatory tasks. Creating UFIs and submitting PCNs can be completed within minutes, without the need for external software or websites. Batch reporting is particularly effective when working with multiple languages or regions. I can generate SDSs in more than 50 languages, save them as PDFs using my preferred naming convention, and have everything ready in the same time as making a coffee. Finally, the support provided by Lisam has been outstanding. From the initial training sessions delivered through Microsoft Teams to ongoing assistance via the support helpdesk, the team has always been knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to find a solution. In all my dealings with Lisam, I've never been told "no", they are always willing and able to help.”

When support has been required, the customer support team has responded promptly and professionally, providing friendly and practical assistance. Overall, our experience has been very positive, and we would confidently recommend ExESS to others. “
